Atop an ancient volcano, imposing ramparts with plump towers: the feudal castle of Sainte-Anne is the setting for a falconry show involving eagles, vultures, kites, buzzards, owls and falcons. Bring your binoculars for a sensational high-flying show. With the vulture and its 2.80 meter wingspan brushing the heads of the spectators.
