THE BELFRY HOUSE

This house, also called the House of the Hanged Man, has a certain mystery about it. In its facade, above the door, are planted four grayish bones resembling human tibias. The story goes that they were placed there to attract the attention of passers-by and warn them of the fate that awaited them if they did not respect the law of the lord. Fortunately, they are only horse bones placed there to obey an architectural tradition. With its bones and its badly deciphered coat of arms, this house keeps some secrets.
