Restaurant offering theme evenings in L'Etrat.
Three epicurean friends, who love to gather around a glass and a plate of cold cuts, have created in a simple L'Etrat garage, La permission de midi, an establishment that reflects their image, i. e. convivial, with a simple, trendy and friendly atmosphere where people come to share with friends the good products of our region. Guilhem, François and Raphaël have the sole objective of satisfying the customer. They are helped by Vincent Varin, chef, who prepares good meat dishes mainly based on meat. For the sunny days, they have set up a terrace in the guinguette spirit and a petanque ground. Theme evenings are planned in the evenings.

J'aimerais tout d'abord dire les points positifs.
L'ambiance du restaurant est très bonne ! Et le fait d'avoir vu sur la cuisine est vraiment sympa, de plus, les terrasses extérieures sont vraiment très sympa !
Cependant la cuisine, nom de dieu ! Il y a une très grande évolution possible, je compte sur vous et je crois en vous !
S'il vous plaît égoutter vos légumes et rajouter des épices avec un peu de crème avec le boulgour pour moins de sec dans la bouche !
Comme je disais, une très grande évolution est possible, à vous de réussir à prendre le coche et je serais près a changer la note si la cuisine s'améliore !
Donc nous nous replions sur le poisson, finalement il n y en a pas assez non plus
A quoi sert de réserver ?
Le dessert tarte aux pommes minable avec une minuscule boule de glace à moitié fondue
