Relaxation and fitness L'Etrat

This wellness center is the result of a collaboration between Fanny and Laurine, who decided to combine their specialties to create treatments combining massage and the vibrations of gongs. Trained in Nepal, they offer treatments designed to work on energies and enable the body and mind to let go and relax completely. Together, they have created a unique treatment: "le soin signature Soname" (tested and approved by Le Petit Futé), which will help achieve balance between body, mind and soul. In symbiosis, they adapt the pressure and gong strokes accordingly to rebalance the body and adapt the circulation of energy.
