CHOCOLAT DES PRINCES

The Princes' Chocolate Factory is one of the oldest chocolate factories in Stephane. Here, we speak of pure cocoa butter, ganaches flavoured with fruit and spices and fine pralines. It delights gourmets with its chocolates and bars, its sugared almonds, pistoles, fruit jellies and above all its local specialities such as grêlon du Pilat, a milk chocolate ganache with hazelnut macerated in alcohol and sprinkled with icing sugar, its Velay verbena chocolates, or anthracite, a sesame paste in the raw form of a mineral chip. To be found directly at the chocolate factory, which can be visited, or at the original shop, rue de la République in Saint-Étienne.
