In the heart of Pilat, in the former farmhouse of a chateau, this charming and authentic establishment has just opened its doors... We were undoubtedly seduced by the tasty cuisine served, mainly made with ingredients from local producers. The wine list features 160 labels, including some from Cave Marcon. And next spring, seven rooms will be available, as well as lodges in the woods with private spas and terraces.

Chacun a ses propres valeurs en ce qui concerne le fait de loger dans un lieu historique.
Les tarifs ????, qui sont indiqués, par exemple sur le site du propriétaire, avec petit déj inclus, semblent dans la moyenne de ce qui se pratique. La photo d'une chambre ???? montre une pièce très classique. Donc le volume de la chambre reste dans les standards pour un tarif moyenne /haut de gamme.
Même vue et agencement pour chambres privilège et niveau supérieur. L'hébergement est en étage sans ascenseur.
En ce qui me concerne je suis donc très réservé sur le niveau prestations /prix.
Le lieu présenté paraît un peu vétuste mais c'est un témoin d'histoire locale.
Bâtiment ???? ancien avec une architecte intéressante.
C'est un endroit historique.
Les tarifs du restaurant ???? ne sont pas donnés pour une table pour laquelle, sauf erreur, il n'y a aucune étoile ???? sur le guide Michelin.
Entre 11 et 13€ le verre de vin ????...
