La P'tite Poule Rousse welcomes us to the farm of the GAEC du Crêt Marcoux. A gourmet address (rabbits, poultry in jars and eggs sold directly) where you can come by reservation to discover a traditional local cuisine prepared with the good products of the farm while participating, from time to time, in thematic evenings full of flavours. And there is no shortage of flavours around a convivial table in a decor of exposed stones: cold meats from the farm, poultry in sauce with vegetables from the garden.
