Chef Fabien Viricel has settled in a former hat shop. And in this exceptional setting, this outstanding chef highlights local producers and the best of the land. Thus, the butternut velouté, or the snail flaky pie will make your mouth water to begin with. Then the seared fillet of sea bream with chestnut vinaigrette and smoked duck breast will satisfy your taste buds. Finally, for dessert, you can enjoy the beer poached pear or the chocolate fondant. 2ème visite, des saveurs originales dans certains plats et desserts et la qualité est toujours au RDV. Prix très corrects. Personnel et patron très agréable. On reviendra la prochaine fois pour tester la terrasse le temps n'était pas au RDV !
