Jean Chazelle, an advocate of green tourism, welcomes visitors to his mountain pastures. On a clear day, the view of the Alps and Mont Blanc is superb. This farmhouse inn, housed in a former barn and seating 100, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries after a good day's skiing or hiking. On the menu: farmhouse charcuterie, patia, poultry liver cake, potée or brioche sausage, blueberry tart, fourme raclette. For a raclette à la fourme or a fondue, for frogs or trout, it's best to reserve or order in advance, as the inn only works with fresh produce and all products are local! When the weather's fine, take advantage of the 40-seat terrace.
