L'ORÉE
Museum in the heart of the village, opposite the church, showing the work of the embroiderers through a film retracing their history.
Created in 2002, La Maison des Grenadières is a museum dedicated to the local craft of gold-thread embroidery. By the end of 2025, La Maison des Grenadières will have undergone renovation work and become a true cultural and tourist center called "L'Orée - De fils en liens". This project, led by Loire Forez Agglomération, aims to renovate old buildings and extend the site's surface area from 200 m² to 700 m². The site will house the Musée de la Broderie d'Or, a boutique, the Centre d'Interprétation de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine, a textile workshop and a mediation and animation room.
