Former hotel-restaurant between Chaudes-Aigues and Aubrac with nice and comfortable rooms.

The Moulin des Templiers deserves a stop between Chaudes-Aigues and Aubrac. The old hotel-restaurant is still present in the spirit of the place. Simone Gascuel, former Toque d'Auvergne, will cook you Aubrac cobblestone with blue cheese, duck breast with chestnuts, sweetbread cassolettes with morel mushrooms, but also and above all, a superb aligot. She has kept the good habits of her restaurant to delight you. The five rooms are pretty and comfortable. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of this place at the edge of a relaxing stretch of water.
