This beautiful cheese shop invites you to awaken your taste buds by discovering a wide selection of cheeses from here and abroad, as well as products made from 90% raw milk. At Michel's, the emphasis is on working with local producers, farmers and restaurateurs, as well as with Mr. Janier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, exclusively in the département. The cheese dairy also takes care of professional events, putting together tasting platters. Once or twice a month, it organizes wine tasting evenings (with the cellar located on the square) and cheese tasting evenings, focusing on the discovery of a particular region.
