L'atelier des bouchers offers a selection of exceptional, Label Rouge-certified meats: poultry and beef, lamb and veal from Haute-Loire, as well as foie gras from Mézenc and matured rib-eye steak. You'll receive a warm welcome, and the team will be happy to advise you on the best products for your needs. In addition to meat, a catering section offers home-made ready meals, gratins and salads. Established in Andrézieux and La Talaudière, the butcher's shop will open a third boutique at Les Halles d'Andrézieux in March 2025.
