You can't go to Chaliers without stopping to contemplate the church Saint Martin! A blend of Romanesque and Gothic style, this building is one of the jewels of Chaliers. Probably dating back to the eleventh century, if a few stones are missing from this original abbey, we can always look forward to seeing its portal, in Romanesque style with scams, its four chapels and its nef. Rare in the monuments of the Cantal, you will find that pink volcanic stones are hidden here! If today she celebrates Saint-Martin, originally it was devoted to Saint-Blaise, then Saint-Roch.
