The Buron de la Combe de la Saure is an enchantment! It leads the visitor into the authenticity of Cantalian pastoral life up to the 1950s. Très bonne table, cuisine local et copieuse comme on les aime. Super cadre avec une belle vue extérieure, le personnels et le chef très sympatiques, on reviendra.
Attention, car l'accessibilité en voiture est un peu chaotique sur les quatres derniers kilomètres et paiement seulement par chèque ou espèces.
