Le Damier is an essential brasserie in Aurillac. The look is modern and cosy and the cuisine is meticulous. In the generous and authentic plates, the products are put at their right value. We recommend the snails as a starter or the delicious tartars for the amateurs. Cantalian recipes are also on the menu, such as truffade or Salers meat. Don't leave without a dessert! Service sympa et efficace
J'aurai préféré un tartare coupé au couteau plutôt que haché et à assaisonner moi-même, plutôt que déjà fait avec une couleur moins appétissante que le rouge bien vif.
