Le Damier is an essential brasserie in Aurillac. The look is modern and cosy and the cuisine is meticulous. In the generous and authentic plates, the products are put at their right value. We recommend the snails as a starter or the delicious tartars for the amateurs. Cantalian recipes are also on the menu, such as truffade or Salers meat. Don't leave without a dessert! Plats de bonne qualité. Serveurs et serveuse très agréables, à l’écoute, souriants et surtout réactifs et organisés pour un groupe de 20 personnes. Merci de nous avoir permis de passer une très belle soirée !
