La Mangoune, an Occitan word, means the day of the preparation of the pig, experienced as a festival in the heart of winter in the mountains of Haute-Auvergne. It is the name chosen by Jean-François Roche, some twenty years ago, to create a chain of 100% Auvergne breweries. You will have understood that everything here breathes Auvergne, the decoration reminding the interior of the farms and the cooking, of course, with the truffade, the pounti, the stuffed cabbage, the delicatessen and the beef. And for this too, the establishment trusts local producers.
