Brasserie in rococo style with traditional à la carte cuisine.
Founded in 1898, the Brasserie d'Aurillac has all the characteristics of an institution with its listed woodwork and rococo style. Bought over 30 years ago by the Lavergne family, the brasserie is worth the detour as much for its historical and heritage significance as for its cuisine. The menu here is traditional: beef tartar, scallops, entrecote, sweetbreads in a casserole... But also rum baba, ice creams... A timeless address.
