You will take place in a buron entirely renovated according to the local traditions: walls in visible stones, beams in the ceiling in the room. The kitchen declines the specialities and the products of the soil. Truffade du Cézallier, pounti, pavé de salers, sweetbreads, tournedos aux morilles.... accompanied by a wine from Auvergne, for example... The owner's homemade pies are recommended for dessert. The current owners are constantly enriching the menu and use products from the surrounding farms. An address not to be missed, better to book !

Le service a été impeccable et le contact chaleureux tout comme nous souhaitions le trouver lors de vacances à la campagne.
Les nouveaux propriétaires proposent un menu à la carte mais aussi deux menus complets à 34 et 40 euros.
Les produits sont locaux et de qualité. La viande est tendre et les entrées vont se la charcuterie de pays, du foie gras à l'assiette méditerranéenne.
Une adresse à tester d'urgence.
Très bonne continuation.
