MAISON ALBERT LONDRES
This house is unmistakable, with its unusual turrets and neo-Gothic style.
Built in 1860, recognizable among all with its unusual turrets and its neo-gothic style, this house saw the birth of the reporter Albert Londres in 1884. It has been undergoing restoration since 2017. Since 2021, the facade has recovered its charm of yesteryear. The project: to make this building a writer's house and a house of great reportage open to the public. The visit will be done by the image and the sound following a defined course. The first floor will be dedicated to the life of Albert Londres, while the attic will house a reception and residence for journalists, as well as a study and research center on the great reportage accessible to all and an auditorium to present their work.
