Everything is original and beautifully presented. Roasted scallops with fleur de sel, foie gras mi-cuit au torchon, beef onglet, sweetbread croustade... Same delicacy for the desserts, chocolate praline delight, black forest revisited, Swiss chestnut with rum. Wine served by the glass. In the room with its pretty contemporary and chic decoration, Estelle takes care of everything.
