Refined setting and open kitchen for transparency and conviviality. Gilles and his daughter Marianne are specialists in fine seafood. Lobsters, oysters, shellfish and fish. Daily arrivals from Breton ports and fishponds. Spices from the Compagnie des Indes. They also cook the region's finest products: Charolais fillet, Salers tails... Cheese carts. High-flying desserts: Cygne sur la Boire des Carrés, orange and Grand-Marnier soufflé, sponge-cake and chocolate truffle. A gastronomic address not to be missed.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant ! Les serveuses sont souriantes et gentilles, la présentation des plats est très belle, les poissons sont absolument délicieux et fondants, les accompagnements parfaits et les sauces à tomber. Les menus spéciaux des enfants ont aussi été très appréciés ! Les desserts sont également très bons, le cygne en meringue avec l'accompagnement pastille Vichy était très rafraîchissant. On reviendra c'est sûr !

Assurément un des meilleurs restaurants de Vichy avec un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. La cuisine est succulente et le service est excellent. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Excellent*(s) et gouteux moment*(s) ! Tout y est parfait ! Service agréable et attentionné, plats DÉLICIEUX (cuisine de produits frais avec bcp de goût et de finesse !) … à des prix corrects ! Résultat : très souvent complet il est PRUDENT de RÉSERVER !!

*on est déjà venu, revenu et on reviendra !
