Quality restaurant offering a nice half-gastronomic and half-bistronomic cuisine in Vichy.

An address not to be missed, where the charming Napoleon III-style dining room, Lucie's smile and the creative gourmet cuisine of Emmanuel and his team are as much appreciated as ever. Daily menus to choose from. In the spirit of a Breton galette, snacked turbot, Nantais butter with still cider, apple, Guémené andouille sausage, crispy buckwheat pancake and organic egg. Beef fillet, agata purée, shiitake, mirin jus and Planèze shôyu. Pavlova bourguignonne. Chocolate sphere. Wine list with over 650 references. Top-notch service.
