Restaurant with a sheltered terrace that offers hearty and varied dishes, perfect for lunch in Vichy.

A must-visit café tabac PMU press near the Bellerive bridge, open from 6 a.m., perfect for breakfast with crisp croissants, and reading the news on the sheltered terrace. Upstairs, there's also a dining room that seats around 50. Everything is homemade with fresh market produce. All-you-can-eat buffet for starters and desserts. Copious and varied daily specials, butcher's cuts, andouillettes, homemade burger, ultra-fresh fruit salad, clafoutis, seasonal tarts, coffee included.

Owner's Message

certainly the oldest Café of the city, located near the banks of the Allier but also close to the old Vichy (unesco district) 5 minutes from downtown

Today held by Laurent, seconder of Nico, open from 6am with as activity: bar, tobacco, fdj and pmu but also a Brasserie for lunch

The cuisine is traditional and generous with a dish of the day at 14€50 and a menu that evolves with the seasons.

On reservation, reception of group in privative room located at the floor .... in season covered terrace with soon Laurent

C'est un un endroit où on peut aller boire un coup* café " chocolat chaud" thé*** merci beaucoup pour l'accueil chaleureux *** à la prochaine !!!

Je ne vais pas au café des arts très souvent mais je tombe sur un serveur sympa à chaque fois que je bois un café rallongé et c'est calme, il y a les. Turfistes qui suivent les courses à la télé, les touriste qui prennent une boisson chaude avant la visite et les habitués
Enfin il y'a une bonne ambiance. Bravo ! ????????

Plat du jour Joue de bœuf avec gratin dauphinois, un délice et pour 14,50€ c'est que du bonheur, en plus service rapide, sympathique et bon enfant ! on y retourneras ! ! !
