If you haven't already come across the Panier à Café, you'll never go to the Annecy markets. It's impossible to miss the superb coffee-truck, a Citroën van that's been refurbished to give off the smell of coffee in the early hours of the morning. With Fabien, a gourmet roaster, coffee takes on all its noble credentials. Thanks to him, tasting an espresso brings us the same sensations, the same pleasure, as tasting a glass of grand cru. This enthusiast carefully selects the best Arabicas from small producers, roasts them by hand and offers in-house blends, such as this exceptional Etoilé, or pure origins. He's equally enthusiastic about the 100% coffee workshops.
