LA FERME DE CORLY
An ancestral farm; 90 cows traites twice a day; 100 ha of cultivation for their own food; a laboratory to convert milk into yogurt. The Ferme Farm has been producing for more than twenty years, every day, farmers yaourts or brewed to the real pieces of fruit - artisanal yaourts of about different flavours such as the one to the rhubarb in season, without preservatives or colouring -, white tomme and white cheeses in faisselles. Proud of its products that control the entire manufacturing chain - even their cups that are biodegradable - it distributes them to regional dairies and supermarkets and even to Rungis dairies. At Vetraz-Monthoux, the adjoining store opens its doors twice a week to visitors with a visit to the farm. These farmers gladly share all the secrets of breeding and manufacturing their home-made yogurt. A taste absolutely!
