A lovely name for a fine Savoyard fruit-producing company, which has been established in the commune for over 30 years. Thomas Le Prince is the real name of the founder; the family business is now run by his son Marc. The company mainly produces apples and pears, under various labels (IGP, sustainable agriculture or organic), but also cherries, raspberries, quinces and strawberries. You can find these delicacies in the store, on the Vallières site, and in supermarkets that select regional products.
