A warm and welcoming inn offering rooms and a refined cuisine with local and organic products, suitable for vegetarians.

A charming 17th-century mill in the Lake Geneva Alps. In a natural setting to be preserved, between tradition and modernity, Irène Gordejuela and chef Frédéric Molina give pride of place to the finest local produce, most of it organic and from small-scale producers, while telling us delightful gourmet stories. Refined cuisine without being pretentious, a real success and unforgettable flavors. 5 rooms complete the Auberge's offer. A real favorite!

Fantastique, exceptionnel, le meilleur restaurant de la région de Thonon.


Un cadre magnifique, de très bon goût, un service digne d'un 2 étoiles, avec de la finesse, de la discrétion et du savoir vivre dans l'art de vivre.


La cuisine est juste exceptionnelle, avec différentes sauces, appropriée, beaucoup de saveurs naturelles, une cuisson parfaite des mets. Pas trop de sel, ni crème, juste le goût de la nature.


A recommander, nous reviendrons!

Situé en pleine nature et aménagé à l'intérieur d'un ancien moulin, ce charmant restaurant vous séduit immédiatement. Le mobilier tout en bois décoré d'anciens objets de la campagne et de meubles originaux façonnés pour certains dans des troncs d'arbres, crée une atmosphère unique parfaitement au diapason de la nourriture fine et naturelle qui vous sera servie. Le personnel vous accueille et vous conseille dans le choix de vos mets avec une amabilité et une simplicité peu commune. Déguster l'un des menu surprises proposés par le Moulin de Léré est une expérience que l'on ne risque pas d'oublier et qui mérite largement l'étoile attribuée par le guide Michelin.

The menu changes every quarter, my opinion therefore concerns a menu that there is no longer to date.



Very pretty, lots of wood, pleasant, we could visit the mill that factory more flour mill (wooden restored with the period rooms)



Very nice and cheerful welcome, always on of demanding people and finally professionals who can call themselves in question.



Very pleasant meal possibility to choose classic gourmet dishes good quality, or choose a more creative cuisine full of surprises. Very friendly welcome children with a menu of quality at low prices.

Pretty presentation, the quantity and freshness are there.



If you are looking for a restaurant near Thonon Baths or Evian, climb a few miles mountain on this place!



(they are also hotel but I did not try, so no my opinion share on accommodation)
