All the charm of an early 20th-century building with contemporary interior renovation, overlooking a park with its private beach sloping gently down to the lake. The assets of this hotel, run with passion and professionalism by Corinne and François Debuquoy, are undeniable: a privileged location overlooking the lake, top-quality catering, not forgetting the B.Spa for absolute relaxation. Très bon rapport qualité - prix.
Maki de truite délicieux, cuisson parfaite pour l'omble et tartare d'agrumes très rafraichissant.
Seule ombre au tableau, nous n'avons pas pu savoir de quel lac provenait notre poisson (un détail), ni quel était le cépage de notre vin, mais cela n'a en rien nui à notre dégustation.
Peut-être un manque d'information au niveau des
serveurs (euses).
Cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir.
