Opened 5 years ago by the couple Florian Favorio and Sandrine Deley-Favorio, L'Auberge de Montmin continues to impress from every angle. Conceived as a "house of cuisine", this high-perched place not only boasts stars, but above all its art of living cuisine. There are no boundaries between the cuisine of a chef inspired by local seasonal produce and the service in a dining room where you feel right at home.
