Carpentry is the art of designing and building a solid wood frame as a building base. The menu features fish from the lake and local recipes: marbled with cake, Thai-style Provençal mussels and lobster medallions; baron and lamb chops, crushed potatoes with herbs and eggplant caviar, thyme juice; roasted monkfish with melissa and vegetable expression from the vegetable garden; not to mention Savoyard specialities. From the terrace, Talloires Bay nestles quietly between a small lake and the rock of Chère while time gently stretches to enjoy its dishes with delicacy and delight.
