Cirque des Fonts at Six-Fer-à-Cheval, with its ancient alpine chalets and magnificent landscapes reserved for hikers.
Less famous than its neighbor the Fer à Cheval, the cirque des Fonts also offers a beautiful nature break in the middle of the mountains. Accessible to hikers and mountain bikers, it takes 1h30 to climb out of the village of Salvagny, or 1h15 via the Fardelay. A former alpine chalet, the refuge des Fonts is a choice stopover, a cosy little nest where you'll be welcomed by the fourth-generation janitor. In the midst of these magnificent landscapes, your eyes riveted on the rocks, you can catch sight of ibex, chamois or the flight of the bearded vulture.

Originality
It is as if we were in Canada, a favourite with me winter and summer. In spring you can listen to the waterfalls of ice cream tomb of very high. There is also Gypaètes lives in high cliffs.
