To discover! Only a few kilometres from Faverges, it is in the charming village of Saint Ferréol, that the restaurant of the Chalet of Eglantine has taken its place in the Hotel Florimont. His chef Jean-Christophe Goubot even got a bib michelin for the quality of his dishes combining local products with flavours of the world. Dishes with controlled cooking that combine the flavours of Savoy with those of other French regions and beyond: creamy chestnut, forest of fatty liver on fig bread; almost roasted veal, vermicelli and ginger, curry tile; abundance of pineapple pineapple, pineapple sherbet… Enjoy lunch on the beautiful tables of the room or on the terrace with a soothing setting, a large green park open on the surrounding mountains.
