Chevrotins from organic farming. Suzanne, Claude and Julien Thiaffey are producers of PDO and alpagistes chevrotin. For nineteen years, the Thiaffey family went to the Altar every summer with their flock of goats, but since they have invested the pasture from the Boot Pass to Serraval, smaller and more practical. Here, goats will drink fat grass, fragrant flowers. It is at the Landscape alpine cottage that they produce from May to October this small round cheese to the flowered crust.
