Founded by Joseph Brasier in Châtel, this emblematic brand has expanded, opening new outlets in Samoëns and Les Carroz under the impetus of his son, Alexandre Brasier. Nous avons été plusieurs fois dans ce petit magasin de terroir, recommandé par le futé. Le choix est vaste, une majorité de produits locaux, et une découverte du terroir gourmand. Dès qu'on entre, on est happé par les bonnes odeurs. Je recommande pour gouter le terroir
