Ecomuseum in a typical Haut-Giffre farmhouse, where you can share the daily life of a Savoyard family in a reconstructed setting.
This typical Haut-Giffre farmhouse dates back to 1815. Restored in the early 1990s by a passionate collector, Pierre Déchevassine, it now houses a particularly interesting eco-museum. A guided tour takes visitors back in time to share in the daily life of a Savoyard family. Tools, farm machinery and models make up the bulk of the collection, all presented in a wonderfully recreated traditional setting. A wonderful discovery for the whole family, with participatory activities.
