Opened in 2016, in the heart of the village of Saint-Jorioz, this restaurant with its contemporary décor remains nevertheless friendly and the service attentive. On the menu, fusion dishes such as this beef tataki or seared tuna and its vegetable maki with sesame seeds, octopus salad with pineapple, but don't forget its regional accents with these snails of Poisy and mushrooms cooked in cassolette. The transalpine origins are also there: creamy burrata flavoured with white truffle oil, risotto with parmesan cheese and candied tomatoes... A few flights also to the Mediterranean with this yellow artichoke chicken and barigoule juice. Elegant and good!

Ambiance sympathique, un peu louange. Personnel qui sait bien conseiller. Très belle présentation et des plats succulents, mention spéciale au quasi de veau fondant et cuit à basse température. Très satisfaits

Fuyez le Florilège avant que le chef ne vous mette dehors. Honte de la gastronomie française. Très cher, gratin de gnocchi tiède et non gratiné, viande grasse, cuisson non respectée. Service hautain sans humilité. Nous nous sommes fait mettre dehors car nous avons osés émettre des critiques négatives. UN PUR SCANDAL !
