Sébastien and his team bake artisanal bread. You'll find his speciality Vallonnais breads, and the integral baguette, with its reduced salt content and higher fiber, mineral and vitamin content, made with local wheat flour. You'll also find entremets, mignardises and pièces montées to order... He has a flour mill that runs every two or three days, crushing fifteen kilos of whole wheat with two millstones, enabling him to make a better selection of his flour types.
