Visit the castle ruins of Ottrott, Rathsamhausen and Lutzelbourg.

On their spur-like summit at 485 meters above sea level, the ruins of two fortified castles dating from the 12th and 13th centuries still cast their benevolent and protective gaze over the village. Often referred to as the "Ottrott castles", the larger one is actually Rathsamhausen and the second Lutzelbourg. The keep-palace of Ratsamhausen reminds historians of the one in Adrano, Sicily, and is certainly a sign of the Alsatian knights' alliance with the kingdom of Sicily.
