Country house atmosphere: this address is as bucolic as its name suggests. You can stay in comfort in one of the rooms (including a family room for 4 people and a junior suite) whose windows open onto a swimming pool set in an enchanting garden. It is nice to lounge on a deckchair shaded by a large umbrella. There is a wellness area (sauna, hammam...) and, a few steps from the hotel, Sophie and Patrick Fritz's excellent restaurant!

Gentillesse, saveurs, discrétion,et au final le CHEF fait le tour de ses convives ...cela devient assez rare!
CUISINE SAVOUREUSE, on reviendra sans problème.????????
Accueil : les serveurs sont polis, la patronne PAS
Service : nous étions VRAIMENT OPPRESSÉ (veille de leurs vacances j'imagine), nous avons aussi fini notre fromage sans pain la serveuse discuté depuis 15 minutes....
Conseil VINS : NUL, sur conseil de la serveuse nous avons mangé avec du moelleux tous nos plats et entrées (pinot 2003)
FOOD : la sauce des Saint Jacques était de l'eau, les panais ou sont-ils ?
Et pour finir le dessert, noyé sous l'alcool servi à table, TROP

Das Restaurant hat ein sehr gehobenes Niveau in einem stilvollen, ländlichen Ambiente. Wir haben unser Menü unter dem Riesigen Baum vor dem Hotel an einem sehr fein gedeckten Tisch eingenommen. Die Küche ist französisch mit einem kleinen internationalen Touch und geht von klassisch elsässisch bis hin zu gehobenen Kreationen. Die Weinkarte bietet eine breite Auswahl für jeden Geschmack und jedes Portemonnaie.
Der Chef de Restaurant geht seinen Job mit einem guten Anteil Humor an hinter dem er seine hohe Professionalität jedoch nicht verstecken kann.
Für uns immer mal wieder einen schönen Sonntags oder Feiertagsausflug von der Südpfalz ins romantische Ottrott nahe Colmar am Rande der hohen Vogesen.
Tipp: Auch bei den Elsässern ein sehr beliebtes Restaurant. Deshalb unbedingt vor reservieren, ganz gleich zu welcher Jahreszeit .
