The restaurant L'Ami Fritz, under the leadership of the chef Patrick Fritz, allows you to taste many dishes from the region : cappuccino of pumpkin with pumpkin seeds, suckling pig with calf's head, pan-fried duck foie gras escalope with porcini mushrooms, sauerkraut, Breton monkfish with celery purée, sweetbreads and veal kidneys in two sauces, Alsatian free-range chicken supreme with morels, rack of lamb in a lemon confit crust... The wine list is well stocked and allows of course to taste the famous Rouge d'Ottrott.
