Wine Cellar Wine House

A fine line of wine growers who, in addition, created AOC crépy in April 1948, thanks to Léon Mercier. Since 1890, it perpetuates the tradition of know-how while combining the latest technologies. This family domain of 39 hectares, led by Claude Mercier, a state-run wine-based expert engineer, alone represents half the area of crépy. It lies on Douvaine, Loisin and Ballaison. Many times quoted and awarded, the domain produces 350 000 bottles per year from a unique varietal, the golden chasselas. It also has a cellar of 6 to 7 metres underground, with a capacity of up to 30 000 litres, real curiosity that has fascinated thousands of visitors. There is a saying that to produce good wines, the vineyards must all look at Leman lake, such as this. This is why, among other things, this remarkable drop of gold, a high verrée of more than 25 years of age, has to do with odeurs smells and grilled almonds.
