Le Chasse-Montagne has a splendid location on the heights of the village: at the foot of the Folliets chairlift, 15 minutes walk from the Chavannes cable car and 20 minutes from the resort centre, bordering the 18-hole golf course in summer. Created at an altitude of 1,350 metres in an authentic 18th century farmhouse, enlarged and renovated by the Berger family, the layout is superb. Both cosy and stylish. Original beams and reclaimed wood, mixed with the light fir wood of the renovation, monumental stone and wood fireplace, large spaces enhancing the splendid framework, large bay windows and skylights, large balconies, all the architectural choices contribute to give this charming hotel - currently undergoing 3-star classification - a lodge spirit between the Savoyard Alps and the North American Rockies. Light spruce furniture warmed by beautiful cow and sheep skins, lamps and contemporary objects with alpine accents, neat decoration, attentive welcome, high-tech equipment, Italian shower... a real cocoon in an idyllic setting! In addition, the view from the large terrace and the outdoor whirlpool bath is exceptional. Alpine pastures, forests and mountains as far as the eye can see! As for breakfast with Savoy cake - gluten-free bread on request, it is truly gourmet. It is also a great place to come for a meal, on a ski trip or during a summer hike, on the restaurant's sunny terrace, around the lounge bar or in the cosy chic room of the Chasse-Montagne. The menu is mastered, the presentation is neat and the products are of high quality. A harmonious address!

- La carte change à l’arrivée, le turbot est remplacé par du rouget, au même prix,
- Pas de prix pour les plats du jour ni les desserts,
- steaks hachés pour les enfants demandés saignants arrivent à point
- 1 morceau de papier dans un steak haché,
- erreur sur les plats commandés,
- une partie du bourguignon immangeable,
… sans parler de nos voisins qui n’ont rien eu 1h30 après la commande…et des 3 additions qui arrivent avant d’avoir la bonne…2 fois moins chère que les précédentes
J’en informe juste le patron qui m’agresse devant tout le monde en me disant que mon métier est plus facile et qu’il n’arrive pas à embaucher…

Déco très cosy et paraît neuve alors qu'elle a près de 10 ans. Les chambres sont parfaites, très bien isolées, les chasses d'eau et autres robinets ne font pas de bruit lorsque l'eau coule, les sols non plus, les portes ne claquent pas.... tout est parfaitement pensé pour que les clients passent un bon moment au calme.
Mentions spéciales pour Stéphane et Margot qui nous témoignaient tant de gentillesse et bienveillance au dîner et au petit dej. Ils ont un vrai sens de l'accueil client. Bravo
