Ideally located on the Chavanes plateau, the chalet-hôtel Blanche is located in the ski area, close to the link to Morzine and the Portes du Soleil, and enjoys the proximity of golf and the departures of hiking trails in summer. We appreciate the Savoyard wooden style of the hotel and its often sunny terrace. The rooms are very cozy and families will appreciate those specially designed. For decoration and furniture, wood always wood, but blond and warm wood, even in space shape. A very complete hotel with its Savoyard gastronomy restaurant and grilled fireplace, held by the boss Christian, where you can dine in a rifles of tarnished bells, a local cow breed, and where you dine at the corner of the chimney of a point-by-point roast beef. A sweet address to find a couple, family or friends.

Honnêtement, c’est une honte d’appeler ça un restaurant. J’ai commandé un burger au “poulet pané”… (26€) Résultat : un morceau de viande reconstituée douteuse, sans aucune saveur, ni même la moindre ressemblance avec du vrai poulet. Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas, je tombe sur un cheveu glissé dans le burger. Dégoûtant.
Le personnel ? Froid, limite désagréable, aucune considération pour les clients. On a l’impression de les embêter à la moindre question. Le pompon : on me fait payer 1,50 € pour un pauvre fond de lait froid, juste pour adoucir un café allongé. Une blague.
Sans parler d’un panaché 25cl à 6€ ! ????
Bref, première et dernière fois. Service minable, nourriture médiocre et aucun respect du client. Passez votre chemin, il y a bien mieux ailleurs.
My wife ordered fish and chips and I had the chicken burger.
The fish was clearly a cheap pre battered frozen filet straight from the frozen isle in the super market, with and small portion of fries. No garnish what so ever. Same story with the chicken burger, I can only explain the chicken as a big chicken nugget pulled from the freezer. No salad on the plate or in the burger and small portion of chips. Looked like something served in a fast food restaurant.
The worst part is each dish was €26!!!!! We expected so much more for the price.
With our child’s meal and our two drinks we ended up with a total bill of €85 for lunch. We didn’t complain as we were with a party of friends but definitely won’t be coming back.
