An authentic address with a restaurant table where you can enjoy quality regional dishes.

An authentic address with a beautiful history engraved on a beam of the roof of the old farm: "J'ai este basti par Pierre Joseph Mermoud 1823". Between the baroque church of Notre-Dame-de-la-Gorge and the Dômes de Miage, the Gai Soleil is part of the contaminard heritage. Today, Valérie and David are writing the continuation of this family story, with the same philosophy of welcome and service. Another nice surprise is the restaurant's table where you can enjoy a festival of quality regional dishes. A real ray of sunshine.

The best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff is kind and professional. The rooms are a 10 out 10, comfortable and clean. Oh and the food at the restaurant was the best food I have experienced in all my travels. The gazpacho, risotto, and vacherin are perfectly balanced.

Le chalet est très sympa. Le jardin est très agréable pour profiter du soleil après une bonne rando aux Contamines. Les chambres sont très bien, l'accueil est top et le resto excellent. L'emplacement est top, proche du centre avec une super vue. ????

On y mange très bien, et le personnel est très sympathique.
