Under the arcades, this old-fashioned bistro combines the charm of a no-frills setting with talented cuisine. In the small, warm room, the slate displays the ten or so dishes of the moment: asparagus risotto, entrecote with morels, unilateral fish cooked to perfection... A limited choice that varies according to the season's market, guaranteeing the freshness of the products and the dishes made on the spot by Miles, the owner/chef with Scottish origins.
