An inn with terrace where the chef prepares creative cuisine using seasonal produce from local producers.

Even if the Abîme bridge is too damaged to support pedestrian traffic, don't let that stop us from discovering this restaurant at the gateway to the Chéran gorges. A grandiose setting for this hotel-restaurant, tastefully renovated to allow chef Maxime Ardin to express all his talent. Born in the neighboring village and trained at the finest restaurants, notably Régis Marcon's, the chef expresses his creative talent. In a soothing setting, the landscape is self-sufficient, and the cuisine is inspired by seasonal produce from local producers. On the terrace, the pleasure of savoring fine food and wine.
