The hostel is situated in the rustic framework of the wine-growing operation of the Lupin family, owner of the Locale De, in particular. a white wine of AOP savoie, quiet, aroma of honey and almond (to keep a few years) that happily associates with the Savoyard dishes based on cheese, river or lake fish and recipes, but also as an aperitif! It is in the old cellar that the Savoyard specialities are tasted in white wine (cooked on vine branches), shredded and fondue, but also full house bowl for the table with its jar of pickle and quality bread. A small but authentic card! The products are local and seasonal, the atmosphere is family and the address is welcoming! Exposed beams, solid wooden tables, vineyards in front… we're in a hostel where nothing is missing to explore this beautiful land of Usses! A two bedroom accommodation and a cottage to stay, as well as a tasting and on-site sale of Roussette de Frangy, Mondeuse and Marc de Savoie. Smart Council: book beforehand!
