A former chef at the Clos de Bourgogne, his chic 30-cover bistro now serves up fine bistronomic dishes.

Chef Hervé Chandioux has opened his chic, gourmet bistro. The menu changes weekly. Tasty dishes, carefully presented. Beef steak, original fish such as parrot, calf's head, foie gras, terrine... In summer, tomato gazpacho, strawberry soup, red fruit desserts. In winter, sweetbreads, pork chops, cassoulet... Selection of some 15 perfectly matured cheeses. Wine list compiled with a friend, France's best sommelier. Sunday lunch: leg of lamb, just like at home. What a delight!

Excellent repas ce midi dans ce restaurant. Nous avons été accueilli non pas uniquement par la serveuse mais également par le chef de cuisine (ce que je trouve génial et beaucoup trop rare). L'accueil était jovial et chaleureux. La cuisine était excellente! Le lieu est parfait aussi! Nous reviendrons dès que nous passerons dans le coin! Merci à vous deux pour ce bon moment!
