Chef Hervé Chandioux has opened his chic, gourmet bistro. The menu changes weekly. Tasty dishes, carefully presented. Beef steak, original fish such as parrot, calf's head, foie gras, terrine... In summer, tomato gazpacho, strawberry soup, red fruit desserts. In winter, sweetbreads, pork chops, cassoulet... Selection of some 15 perfectly matured cheeses. Wine list compiled with a friend, France's best sommelier. Sunday lunch: leg of lamb, just like at home. What a delight!
